Strategic MoU Between Hub71 and the UAE–India CEPA Council to Accelerate Cross-Border Start-Up Growth
Hub71, Abu Dhabi’s global tech ecosystem, and the UAE–India CEPA Council have signed a strategic partnership agreement to create enhanced pathways for high-potential Indian start-ups to scale in the UAE.
The MoU was formalised on 20 November 2025 on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Investment Forum (ADIF) Mumbai between Mr Ahmad Ali Alwan (Chief Executive Officer, Hub71) and Mr Ahmed Aljneibi (Director, UAE–India CEPA Council).
This partnership activates a two-way soft-landing and scale-up framework aimed at accelerating cross-border entrepreneurship, investment access and market-entry routes for founders from both nations. As part of the UAE–India Start-Up Series, Hub71 will support one of the top five winning start-ups through a curated one-week market-entry programme in Abu Dhabi, offering tailored soft-landing support, ecosystem immersion, stakeholder engagements and accelerated access to incentive schemes.
Together, Hub71 and the UAE–India CEPA Council are strengthening the UAE–India innovation corridor and enabling founders to transform vision into global opportunity.
